Defines semantic weight relationships between features.

Properties of SEMANTICCONCEPT

Name	Type	Description
ConceptName	STRING	The symbolic name of the semantic concept being defined.
FeatureName	STRING	The feature or subject that this semantic concept is associated with.
Semantic_Operator	enumSemantic_Relationship_Keywords	The semantic relationship operator that defines how the feature relates to the target.
Target	STRING	The target concept or feature referenced by the semantic relationship.
Weight	DECIMAL	An optional weighting factor that influences the strength of the semantic relationship during inference.
